420 Tower

From unused and dilapidated, to bustling with life—this renovation design is an adaptive reuse of one of the most prominent buildings in Downtown Evansville. The design for the existing building would turn the structure into a modern lantern in the city landscape.

Starting at ground level, the renovation includes commercial and restaurant space with grand glass windows allowing light to disperse in and out, day and night. Moving up the building, you’d see updates to the exterior with metal and glass features, highlighting the once tallest building in Evansville and its vertical lines.

Above the parking garage, the renovation would offer space for commercial leasing, offices, and upscale apartments. The apartments would come with amenities throughout the building including an outdoor deck for receptions and gatherings, leisure water features, gym, communal living space to gather, and more.
