For their new office renovation and addition, OFS Brands, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of office furniture, expressed the desire to create an atmosphere that was open, inspiring, and showcased the company’s products. It was important for them that this new work environment utilize natural light and encourage employee interaction outside typical office spaces.

The new headquarters for OFS Brands was designed by combining the latest in technology and emphasizing the presence of wood along with a natural color scheme. Tying wood into the interior allowed the building to bridge state-of-the-art features and furniture with warmth and a connection to nature. Displaying this connection also highlights the company’s capabilities. Throughout, there are several offices, conference rooms, and open office spaces where employees can collaborate on projects including a unique enclosed table with booth seating. Employees can also enjoy a nice walk around the lake during their lunch or attend a fitness class in their private gym. When clients come to visit, they can also be entertained at the pavilion on the lake where there is a firepit, indoor and outdoor seating, and a full commercial kitchen.
