Our team is our most important asset and we are always looking for ways to be better for them. That's why it's so gratifying to hit this milestone—We were named a Certified Best Workplace by the Best Workplace Institute (BWI) for 2021!
BWI is an employee engagement organization dedicated to creating flourishing workplaces through culture consulting and employee engagement surveys. The surveys provide honest, anonymous feedback from employees and reveal where the workplace culture needs attention.
The survey scores are judged in 7 categories. Those categories include Outstanding Talent, Uplifting Growth, Rewarding Compensation, Inspirational Leadership, Sustainable Strategy, Healthy Communication, and Overall Engagement.
Hafer’s results have improved tremendously over the years and compared to other companies, they score amongst the highest.
