At this year’s AIA Indiana Convention, Hafer was the recipient of the AIA Indiana 25 Year Award for the Evansville Regional Airport. This award recognizes a constructed work of architecture built over 25 years ago in Indiana that is still being used for its original purpose. The award intends to recognize projects of distinction that add value to the communities in which they belong and that have retained their original design intent. We couldn’t be more proud to have built the original airport in 1988 as well as the recent expansion and renovation.
