Tom Blythe, AIA, LEED AP

Principal, Architect

Tom is an experienced project leader with responsibility for some of the firm’s most complex projects. His core strengths lie in organizing the project team to tackle issues and develop customized design strategies for a broad range of clients. Tom ensures that the integrity of a client’s vision is accurately implemented through the course of the design and construction process. With an approachable yet outgoing personality, he is able keep the team on schedule and on budget while managing arduous regulatory and construction requirements.

Tom’s knowledge of codes, construction and technical specifications make him a valuable resource to others in the office. He shares his professional knowledge and experience by serving as the Director of Communications for the United States Green Building Council of Southwest Indiana and serving on the Diocesan Building Commission among others.

If you ask Tom, he will tell you his best strengths are his wife Donna who he has been married to for nearly 30 years and his Catholic faith. A true family man at heart, Tom enjoys his free time sitting around a fire pit with family and friends, helping his daughter and son-in-law with their antique tractors and farm equipment, and taking long walks with his wife. On occasion, you may find him fishing at one of his favorite fishing holes or enjoying one of his homebrews.
