Vince Martin, AIA

Principal, Architect

A leader in the firm and a leader in healthcare design, Vince excels at facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration both within the office and among his clients. His creative and optimistic approach to every project enables him to transform ideas into reality, looking at a project’s entirety while paying attention to every detail along the way. He focuses on developing designs that create peaceful, healing environments for patients and their caregivers that are also durable and efficient for healthcare professionals.

Managing several projects at the same time, Vince brings a good sense of humor and fun to each project he works on. His personality allows him to handle the high demands of meeting project schedules and budgets in quick timeframes. This skillset also proves beneficial in his philanthropic duties. He is a den leader for Scout Troop 393, a Little League assistant coach, a member of the Posey County Saddle Club and a 4-H volunteer.

Of all that Vince accomplishes, what we find most interesting about him is that he built his own house and that he has been a loyal Cubs fan all through the years, even when they were losing year after year. Speaking of loyalty, Vince adores spending time with his wife, Kim, and raising their two children.
