Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a full time Marketing Manager to work in the Evansville, IN office.
The marketing team at Hafer is responsible for business development activities, proposal creation, website, social media, coordination of photography and video production, marketing research and event planning. The Marketing Manager will leverage their creative thinking, strong communication acumen, collaborative skills and eye for graphics to create proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. The Marketing Manager will perform with the following tasks:
• Collaborate with Director of Marketing and management team to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce proposals.
• Coordinate and design presentations for client interviews, speaking opportunities, award submissions, etc.
• Research leads, project information, proposal topics, client information, etc.
• Plan and execute client centered events
• Coordinate and attend industry trade shows
• Preparation of marketing materials, brochures and sales collateral
• Develop and execute strategy for social media presence including postings
• Website management – ensure projects, news, and information is up to date
• Identify sponsorships, advertisements, tradeshows, events and communications opportunities that help build brand awareness for Hafer
• Write content for press releases, communications and website
• Support of business development efforts; work with sales teams to meet goals
• Coordinate professional photography and video of projects
• Work with firm leadership to achieve firm wide goals
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of marketing or relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
• Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations, technical writing and marketing collateral. Strong editing and proofreading skills a must.
• Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures a plus
• Experience working on proposals a plus
• Able to work without close supervision and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-starter who can calmly manage multiple projects and produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines
• Skilled in InDesign and graphic design a plus
