United Companies Air Center

The building’s exterior is sleek and contemporary, defined by silver, black and patina panels that give it a distinct presence on the airport grounds. When visitors enter the terminal, they pass into a beautiful, expansive concourse with custom woodwork, a thoughtful color scheme, geometric lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views of the runway. The main floor is home to a complimentary coffee bar, a vending area and lounge and table seating. It also includes offices and other support spaces.

Upstairs features a large conference room, an open seating area, as well as a pilot’s lounge, complete with a living room, full kitchen and quiet rooms for relaxation. An additional suite of offices across the hall overlooks the runway.
