Rapidly expanding in the Tri-state and surrounding communities, German American Bank opened its second location in Newburgh. A strong southern Indiana financial services provider, German American incorporated state-of-the-art technology in this banking center by adding the first ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) in the area. Customers interact with live tellers to conduct transactions through the ITM machine. The use of ITM machines eliminated the need for traditional drive-up windows since ITM tellers are located at a centralized location.
The bank is situated in a visible location to attract new customers and for the convenience of current customers. The bank’s lobby features custom woodwork along the teller desk which is flanked with two stone columns. There are also six offices, a conference room and employee break room.
