Vincennes University

Built in 1968, Clark Hall was the first residence hall on the campus of Vincennes University. The building was very outdated and was in need of a major renovation.

The exterior façade was completely transformed to create a more inviting appearance for Clark Hall. Inside, the traditional double loaded corridor concept was remodeled to create of a total of 74 residence suites offering both two bedroom and four bedroom options. Each suite includes a living area with kitchenette, bedrooms and private bathrooms shared by only two students. Clark Hall also contains study areas, a large living room, laundry rooms, and a home theater. Other features include an updated security system, more daylight, improved outdoor lighting and individually climate-controlled rooms.

Renovating Clark Hall has improved the image of Vincennes University’s campus. Students love living in the new residence hall. In fact, Clark Hall always has a waiting list of students wanting to live there. The investment in quality student housing has never been questioned by the University.
